We’ve got a new veneer! CheckUp 3.0 is now live.

Fresh out of the dental chair, the latest version of our CheckUp App includes a bright new look, simplified views, and some updated functionality. We’ve made it even easier to ensure your curing lights are working and equipped to cure your materials properly.  

CheckUp is the world’s smartest light-curing platform. We do more than just test lights - we leverage our extensive data to ensure curing times are matched to the specific materials being used and equip light users with best practices in order to achieve restorative excellence. Here are a few new time-saving features you are going to love:

Dropdown menus in the test screen:

We know time is of the essence in a busy dental practice. Our new drop-down menu feature allows you to easily view or hide the test details and curing times for each material giving you the freedom to choose the view that’s best for you.

Easily manage multiple locations at once:

Having an all-clinic view makes tracking more efficient. From the practices screen, you can now quickly see how long it has been since the last test in any location. This allows you to easily see and notify who is behind in testing.

Here are a few things you might do differently:

Check Heat Concern:

Look for this icon in the testing screen and below you'll see the time at which that light might deliver too much energy to the soft tissue, pulp, or gingiva. If this time is higher than any of your curing times, use heat management techniques when using those materials.

Tap on any light from your lights page or materials from your materials page to find the Instructions for use.
